Booking Requirements

All clients are required to have a credit card on file as per our cancellation policy.
If you do not have a credit card a purchase of a gift certificate can be made and used to store on file in lieu off.

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.

Late : Please keep in mind that if you are 15 minutes or more late for your appointment I may not have time to provide the service you booked for and it may result in rescheduling and a cancellation fee.

CANCELLATION FEE : 50% of your service may be charged to appointments that are canceled within 48hrs of your service.

NO-SHOW FEE : 100% of your service will be charged to NO-SHOW appointments.

Return Policy

I have a no refund policy on services. However, If for any reason you are unhappy with the service you received, I do honour my work and have a 3 day grace period if there is an issue. Please notify me immediately as I would be more than happy to to correct or fix the service.

Returns on Products.
Returns/exchanges can be made within 14 days of purchase with original packaging and receipt.
